Tresemme Fresh Start Dry Shampoo Review.

  1. I shampoo my hair about 6 times a week. My hair is really thick and wavy, so I have a really hard time wearing my hair down without a fresh wash and shampoo. However...lately i have been skipping the shampoo if i know my hair is going directly into a pony tail, because i find that it gives me a fuller look.

Great review Janis! Keep up the good work!

Also..i've been having a really difficult time finding a good eyemakeup remover...could you touch on this in the future?

  2. Thanks for the comment!

I would recommend the Almay eye makeup removers cause they are very gentle and get the work done without a lot of excess tugging and wiping at the eye.

Another great natural option is olive oil or baby oil. I've been trying extra virgin olive oil as an eye makeup remover and it's soooo gentle and works really good. Just wipe off the excess oil when you're done.

I like Klorane's dry shampoo, but it is a little pricey for how little use you get out of an aerosol. Batiste (unless they've changed the formula) has kind of a funky smell...

Corn starch works GREAT, but as you're a brunette lady, I don't know if you'll have trouble getting away from the "powdered wig" look. As a blonde lady (also with fine, greasy locks), corn starch is the best option. I've heard of people putting their corn starch in a little squeeze bottle so they can direct where it falls a LITTLE bit better.

Double bonus with corn starch- it's JUST CORN STARCH. Nothing else. No fragrance, no additives, no preservatives!

baby powder! or cake's satin sugar from sephora, which you can buy with a dark tint.
