From the Parlour website: In a collaborative fight to save Scona Pool from closure, Parlour Magazine and the Save Scona Pool Action Team invite you to enjoy an exquisite display of art, fashion and balletic athleticism, captured by internationally renowned photographer Tri-Kiet Vuong.
All underwater photos were taken at Scona Pool and feature clothing and jewelry by Albertan designers Sid Neigum, Jessica Halabi, Alisha Schick of Suka Design, Erin Ignacio of John James Jewelry, and Melyssa Nielsen of Melncoly Designs.
Fashion show featuring:
John James Jewelry
Melncoly Designs
Suka Design
Jessica Halabi Fashion
Bamboo Ballroom
Hair by Salon Montage.
Makeup by Nickol Walkemeyer & Ruth Bancroft
Synchro performances by Diane Connors, Samara Hipkin & Meaghan Hipkin.
The canvases on display will be auctioned at the November 27th Fundraiser Banquet.

I'm incredibly ecstatic! Not only will the fashion show be incredible, but what a great cause. Every once in a while, the commercial, shallow fashion industry shows its real power and reminds us its not all about vanity and greed.

See you there.
